Acceptance of Terms of Use

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully; by accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. You also agree that we may provide all legal communications and notices to you electronically by posting them on our website or by sending an email to the email address you provided to us when registering. Should you wish to discontinue your use of your account, please contact us and you will receive no further electronic communications.

Copyrighted Materials

It is strictly prohibited to copy, publish, retain or use any images photographs, graphics, artwork, text, fonts and other information ("Content") displayed on this site without the express permission of The Liege Co. or the Copyright holder.

Use of Site

You agree to use this Site in full compliance with these Terms of Use and all local laws and regulations, including export and import regulations.

In Stock Items

All items shown under the In Stock are stocked in our warehouse and aim to dispatch all orders within 24-28 hours of receiving the order. Whilst every endeavour will be made to dispatch within these timeframes, we cannot be responsible for any failure to do so or consequential loss.

All In Stock items are dispatched as described and shown in the product description and images.

We make every effort to ensure that stock levels shown on the site are accurate; however, if we are unable to supply a Stocked Product, for example, because that Product is not in stock or no longer available or because of an error on the Portal, we will contact you to inform you; the order will not be processed and an alternative will be suggested.

On Demand Items

All items shown in the On Demand section are produced on confirmation of order; minimum quantities and lead times, therefore, apply, please check the product description for more information or contact us.

All On Demand items are pre-approved for production and personalisation as shown; any variations required will need to be approved by the relevant team. Please contact us for more information.

Terms & Conditions for On Demand items are supplied at the point of quotation.

Returns

We are unable to accept returns, except where the goods are proven to be faulty or damaged. Please contact us in this instance so we can evaluate and arrange for the issue to be resolved.

Such cases are ideally resolved within 24-48 working hours from the time it hits our support desk.

Cancellations

We are unable to cancel orders once they are dispatched. In cases where the order has not been dispatched and you wish to cancel your order, you may do so under the MY ORDERS section.  

Please contact us in case of any assistance required in this regard and we will be happy to assist. 

Such cases are ideally resolved within 24 working hours from the time it hits our support desk and the transaction amount is reversed to the same payment mode. 

Deliveries

All the deliveries will be made by our courier partners.

Domestic (Within India) - DTDC, Amazon Delivery, Delhivery, Speed Post 

International (Global) - DHL, FedEx, Aramex

The products are shipped to the delivery address provided while placing the order and marked as complete once the order is delivered. The Products will be the Customer’s responsibility from the completion of the delivery.

In the event that no one is available at the delivery address to take delivery of the Products, the courier will make one redelivery attempt. In the event that one is available at the delivery address to take redelivery of the Products, the courier will leave a note that the Products have been returned to the storage facility, in which case please contact us to arrange redelivery. Any additional costs incurred in relation to the redelivery of the Products shall be chargeable.

All delivery costs are displayed at the point of order, and include all Picking and Packing costs; please note that for international deliveries, any additional Customs or Import charges may be invoiced at a later date.

Support

We provide support services between 10:30 am to 5:30 pm (India Standard Time), Monday to Saturday (excluding bank and public holidays), including advice by telephone or email on the use of the Website Services; and diagnosis of Errors in the Software Service and instructions as to the rectification of such Errors.
